Ky Kelvie is a licensed Loan Officer with Edge Home Finance, focused on helping first-time homebuyers, especially people around his own age, understand the home financing process with confidence. He's currently a student-athlete at Gustavus Adolphus College, where he plays football, and he brings that same discipline and work ethic into helping his clients.
Most first-time buyers his age have never sat across from a lender before. They don't know what a good rate actually looks like, what counts against them on paper, or which questions are safe to ask out loud. Ky built his whole approach around that gap: walk people through the numbers the same way he'd explain them to a teammate, plainly, patiently, and without the pressure to close.
